With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Mike Staton of Mobile, Alabama, born in Birmingham, Alabama, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on October 16, 2024 at the age of 72. He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Staton and Bobbie Staton; his sister Vicky; and his grandson James Robert Morgan. He is survived by: his wife Karen Sue Branch Staton; his children, Justin Micah Staton, Jamie Michelle Morgan (Michael), Janis Sue Hover (Wes) and Joshua Branch Staton (Shannon); his grandchildren, Samuel Hover, Jathan Staton (Sierra), Jayda Hover, Stephanie McLeod (Kase), Alex Morgan, Katie Staton and Kara Morgan; and his great grandchild Stiles Staton.
