He is survived by: his wife Theresa "Tessie" Pierce; his children, Heather Breanne Pierce and Maury Patrick Pierce Jr.; his granddaughter Kaylee Anne Wilson; and his siblings, Cloye Brown, Joy Walker (Jimbo), Kathy Lilley, Will Lilley and Frank Lilley.
