She was predeceased by: her husband Charles Ray Price; her parents, Benjamin Mack Clayton and Lilie Lena Rial Clayton; her siblings, Bonnie Whitaker, Elizabeth Martin, Maudine Green, Marie Strange, Bud Clayton, Ben Clayton and Jim Clayton; her children, Lynda Ruth Price and John Allen Price; and her son-in-law Johnny Beech.
She is survived by: her daughters, Louise Beech, Loretta Scruggs (Norman) and Mary Pettus (Richard); her grandchildren, Christine Redmond, Clinton Ray Beech, Jason Scruggs (Amanda), Jeffrey Scruggs (Molly), Bonnie Shelly (Scott), Alicia Herron (Nathan) and Rachel Pettus; her great grandchildren, Madison Redmond, Morgan Redmond, Allison Scruggs, Hudson Scruggs, Sarah Grace Shelly, Hannah Shelly and Taylor Shelly; and her brother Gwyn Whitaker. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
