She was predeceased by: her parents, John William and Mable Elizabeth Graves Phillips; her husband William David Staley; and her sister Melba Ruth Hammac. She is survived by: her daughters, Deborah Andreasen (James), Pamela Manley (Bill) and Patricia Staley; her grandchildren, Ashley Stewart Chewning (Cary), Michael A. Hartmann, David W. Manley (Dana), William Kregg Myers (Cassie), James A. Andreasen and Jonathan Myers; and her great grandchildren, Michael John Moore, William Manning Chewning, Faith Elisabeth Chewning, Jacob Cary Chewning, Gabriel Mark Chewning, Kane Odin Myers and Kanon Axel Myers.
