She was predeceased by: her parents, Leonard L. Chunn and Ethel Hodges Chunn; and her brothers, James Chunn and Don Chunn. She is survived by: her husband Dalton James Smith; her sisters, Wilma Johnson and Ruth Mothershed; and her children, Carol S. Revel (Robert), Kenneth M. Smith (Tracy), Kevin J. Smith (Patricia) and Timothy B. Smith (Karla). She is also survived by 9 Grandchildren and 5 Great Grandchildren.
