She was predeceased by: her husband Edwin Phillips; her daughter Diane Stephens; her grandson Edwin Blake Stephens; her parents, Peter Phoican and Emma Amison Rogers; and her siblings, Norman, Allison, Boyd Rogers and Pauline Rogers.

She is survived by: her daughter Brenda; her grandson Jeff Stephens; her great grandchild Ryan Saxton; and her sister Dorothy Rogers Ross.
