It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lucile Rebecca Carter of Mobile, Alabama, who passed away on February 15, 2022, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Alexander HIcks and Priscilla Richardson (Howard); her husband Fred McKinley Carter; her sons, Anthony Carter, Bruce Carter and Fred Richardson; her sister-in-law Lula B. Smith; her children, Cassandra Carter Young of Mobile, Nicholas Carter of Mobile, Brenda Carter of Mobile and Alexander Carter of Mobile; and her friends, Barbara Bradley and Betty Sigler. She was also cherished by fourteen grandchildren and their spouses, nineteen great grandchildren.
