He is survived by: his wife Waynetta Simmons McMillian; his children, MaLayashia Simmons, Amber E. McMillian, Da'Norio Simmons and Tyler P. Simmons; his grandchildren, Kerry L. Rattler and Ari'Ale Hart; his siblings, Chauncey (Lavita), Sophia Mitchell and Felicia Mack; and his friend Read Less. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins.
