It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joyce Klingensmith in Mobile, Alabama, who passed away on December 2, 2021, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Riley Hobbs and Addie Belle Hobbs (Smith); and her siblings, Lucille Pouncey, Betty Forbes, Janice Withrow, Carrol Shiver and Buddy Hobbs.
She is survived by: her son Jeffrey Stoker; her great grandchild Tyler Arant Jr.; her husband Jeffrey McNeal; her brother Billy Hobbs; her children, Paula Shewmake (Dale), Donna Brown, Belinda Rushing and Jeff Allen (Rachel); and her grandchildren, Chris Morris (Nikki), Jason Morris (Angel), Kristy Williams (Chris), Ashley Williamson (Clayton), Kimberly Arant (Tyler), Chad Brown (Tiffany), Jessica Shewmake, Kyle Allen and Ciara Allen.
