She was predeceased by: her parents, Marshall Guy Ellington and Virginia Rice Ellington; and her brother Jody Lynn Ellington. She is survived by: her children, Emory and Caroline; her husband Timothy Lee Becker; her children, Brittany Becker Jones (Emory) and Dalton Timothy Becker (Caroline); her grandchildren, Emory Jackson Jones IV and Virginia Lee Jones; and her cousin Molly Taylor (Mike).

She battled Alzheimer's disease for the past eight plus years with a smile on her face.
