Marie), James Robert Tuohy, Sarah Jane Howard (Adam), John David Tuohy and Brian Paul Tuohy; his grandchildren, Lauren Humenansky, Kellen Vann, Josie Vann, Kylie Vann, Dylan Tuohy, Cara-Marie Rain, Melody Tuohy, Olivia Smith, Cade Smith and Adleigh Howard; his great grandchildren, Addilyn Humenansky and Asher Lewis; and his sister Frances Diane Tuohy.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Corpus Christi Catholic Church.
