Kuszynski, John Francis Dumas, III and Brian Richard Dumas; his grandchildren, Zander Dumas, Adric Dumas, Carleigh Kuszynski, Isabella Kuszynski and Dylan Henrikson; his sister Lisa D. Carpenter (Larry); his niece Tabitha Carpenter; and his nephews, Kyle Carpenter and Lee Oakley.
