He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe Eddie McKinley and Bernice Jones McKinley Hilburn; and his stepfather David Hilburn (Buddy). He is survived by: his sons, Scott McKinley (Jenniffer) of Vocation, AL, Steve McKinley (Nichole) of Uriah, AL and Nicholas McKinley (Ashley) of Saraland, AL; his grandchildren, Clay McKinley (Hannah), Kori McKinley, Zach McKinley, Emily McKinley, Trenton McKinley, Kylee McKinley, Colton Beech and Bailey McKinley; his great grandchild Evie McKinley; and his siblings, Charles Hilburn, Sr. (Wanda), Glenn Hilburn (Dawn), Wanda Carlisle (Lonnie), Brenda Wilkerson (Robert) and Diane (Thomas). He is also survived by nine nephews, two nieces, eleven great nephews and eight great nieces.
