She was predeceased by: her husband LaNier Speed; and her daughter Kimberly Anne Buehrig. She is survived by: her children, Vivian Elizabeth Williams (Gene) of Aiken, SC, Steve Lee Speed of Mobile, AL and Jon David Speed (Genna) of Fairhope, AL; her sister Faye Eiche of Mobile, AL.; and her grandchildren, Joshua Hudson (Zenia) of Houston, TX, Robert Breedlove of Biloxi, MS, Kaili Morrison of Mobile, AL, Nicholas Williams of Columbia, SC, Nathan Williams of Aiken, SC, James Buehrig of Bangor, WA and Jacob Buehrig of Hudson, FL. She is also survived by five great-grandchildren and other relatives.

In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate memorial donations to Christ Wesleyan Church in Daphne, AL.
