He was predeceased by: his wife Judy Phillips; his parents, Albert Phillips and Maryetta Phillips; his siblings, Sue Keys, Nell Bradley, Mike Phillips and Tom Phillips; his grandson Jody Dueitt; his children, Ginger Dueitt (Joe), Becky Skidmore (Byron) and Jeremy Phillips (Tiffani); and his grandchildren, Jonathan Boothe, Avery Skidmore, Ashlyn Phillips, Brandon Skidmore, LeeAnn Chatterton and CJ Dueitt.

He is survived by: his siblings, Karen Tonsmiere (Ricky), Betty Burden (Fred), Sandy Laurindine (Bob), Sara Cady and Bruce Phillips.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, November 21st 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Radney Funeral Home (3155 Dauphin St, Mobile, AL 36606). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, November 21st 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
