He was predeceased by: his father Stephen Jerold Booker; and his grandson Jeremiah Booker. He is survived by: his mother Magdaline Booker; his siblings, Steve (Helen), Perry and Kathy (Joe); and his children, Jeremy (Kelly), Mary (Frankie) and Matt (Jacie). He is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and many cherished friends.
A wake was held on Thursday, January 30th 2025 at 5:00 PM at the Valhalla Funeral Home (8730 Sims Rd, Eight Mile, AL 36613). A funeral service was held on Friday, January 31st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, January 31st 2025 at the Wilmer Cemetery (13630 Cemetery Rd, Wilmer, AL 36587).
