He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Coley McDougald and Willie Mae McDougald (Nichols); his daughters, Heather McDougald and Holly Sachs (McDougald); his son-in-law Tyson Facer; and his grandchildren, Isabella Sachs, Liam Sachs and Keith Sachs.
Jerry's family requests that, in lieu of flowers, donations be made to the Alzheimer's Foundation of America, an organization that Jerry supported in honor of his own personal experiences with the disease.
