He was predeceased by: his parents, James Clint Edwards Sr. and Mittie Angels Edwards; and his siblings, Bobby Edwards, Wardean Nevels and Rebecca Barnes.
He is survived by: his wife Helen Edwards of Lucedale, MS; his children, Ricky Edwards (Kayla) of Vicksburg, Patricia Moore (Charlie) of Lucedale, MS and James Edwards III (Frances) of Lucedale, MS; and his grandchildren, Kristopher Collins, Harley Ann Edwards, Kristin Collins, Charlie James Moore Jr. and Carly Baker. He is also survived by six great grandchildren.
