Visitation was held on Friday, April 11th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM and on Saturday, April 12th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A funeral service was held on Saturday, April 12th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Small's Mortuary - Mobile (950 S Broad St, Mobile, AL 36603). A burial was held on Saturday, April 12th 2025 at the Morning Star Cemetery.
Soon after, he went on to spend time in Norfolk, VA taking advanced summer math courses which earned him a National Science Foundation scholarship to begin his collegiate journey at the University of Alabama in the fall semester of 1965.
