She is survived by: her children, Darry Ruggs (Jeanette) and Earnestine Robinson (Darrell) of Hampton Virginia; her sisters, Irma Smith and Erna Pettway; her daughter-in-law Carolyn Ruggs; and her nephew Curtis Holder. She is also survived by grandchildren, great- grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
