He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Sprinkle and Mary Sprinkle; his wife Patricia Wall Sprinkle; his sister Roberta McBroom; his grandson Robert Sprinkle Jr. (BJ); his sons, George Sprinkle Jr. and Robert Sprinkle; his grandchildren, Trey Sprinkle (Hayley Nelson), Rhonda Sprinkle, Tara Sprinkle and Sierra Sprinkle; his great grandchildren, Kinsleigh Sprinkle, Ariana Sprinkle, Mercaydes Berrett-Sprinkle, Branson Trevathan, Kateleigh Sprinkle and Nolan Sprinkle; his nieces, Karon Bosarge and Sissy Seamen; his siblings-in-law, Rhonda Tate (Johnathan), Sonya Bender (Mike) and Willie Hall; and his friend Janet Landry.
