He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Forwood and Pauline Forwood; his children, Brian Forwood and Brenda Forwood Vick; and his brothers, Frank Forwood, George Forwood and Walt "Harvey" Forwood.
He is survived by: his wife Brenda Snellen Forwood; his sons, David Forwood (Ylene) and Steven Forwood (Amy Morris); his stepdaughter Christina Hoke; his son-in-law Stephen Vick; his sister-in-law Joyce Forwood; and his grandson Matthew Ferry. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
