She was predeceased by: her parents, Hector McMillian and Elizabeth McRay McMillian; her husband Patrick Henry Foley; her brother Harold M.; and also Uncle Red.
She is survived by: her son Frank L. Foley, Sr. (Lynn); her grandchildren, Stephanie Foley Hulon (Brian), Frank L. Foley, II and Mitchell Brabham (Melissa); her great grandchild Lilly Hulon; and also Mon Luis. She is also survived by nieces; nephews; other relatives and friends.
