She was predeceased by: her husband Arvell K. "Trigger" Bennett; her son John Arvell Bennett, Sr.; and her daughter-in-law Rita Sullivan Bennett. She is survived by: her grandchildren, Sierra Bennett Perry, John Arvell Bennett, Jr. and Karen Nicole Reed; and her great grandchildren, Maya Bennett and Kendall Reed. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
