He was predeceased by: his wife Deon Dunn Toomey; his parents, Mable Watkins Toomey and James Everett Toomey; and his brother Donald Robert Toomey. He is survived by: his daughters, Lee Ann Toomey Beachell, Lyn Toomey and Lori Toomey Parker (Robert); his granddaughter Loryn Beachell Benton (Hart); and his siblings, Kathleen Lott (Jerry) and Jim Toomey. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
