He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifford Morris and Eva Mae Morris; his former wife Margaret; and his siblings, R. L., David, Carrie, Ruby, Opal and Pearl.
He is survived by: his sons, Lee (Valerie), Charles (Shonna) and Dennis (Helen); his wife Norma Boney Morris; his grandchildren, Jordan Mathis (Tyler), Mason Morris (Ashton), Katie Mayfield (Dean), Julia Myers (Jonathon), Jana Williams (K. J.), Madison Shealy (Ryan) and Dennis Morris Jr.; his great grandchildren, Turner Mathis, Reece Myers and Lainey Mathis; his sister-in-law Nanette Morris; and his caregiver Latisha Jones. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends.
