He is survived by: his children, Rick Collier (Carol), Pamela Blakeney (Jack), Sherry Steele and Lisa Cushman (Bill); and his siblings, Herbert Collier (Bobbie), Robert Collier (Janice) and Betty Ash (Gene). He is also survived by eight grandchildren and 17 great grandchildren.
