He was predeceased by: his parents, George Kountz and Juanita Kountz; and his children, Douglas Kountz, Jr. and Brenda Sims. He is survived by: his children, William Kountz (Donna), Jeff Kountz (Teressa), Cindy LeBlue, David Kountz (Pam), Jenny Munday (Jacob) and Jerry Lowe, Jr.. He is also survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, one great, great-grandchild, other relatives and friends.
