She was predeceased by: her parents, Burton R. Stevens and Lolete P. Stevens (Terrell J. Gandy); her daughter Terry Lou Gandy Kelly; her siblings, Berton R, William T, Roderick M Stevens, Mabel Leslie, Joyce Waite and Jane Bell; her nieces and nephews, Lorian Brownlee, Joy Ann Williamson, Roderick and Stevens Leslie; and also Lolete "Tiny" Stevens.
She is survived by: her friend Eldora Grube; her daughter Gaye Ellen Gandy (Rudolfo Frescas); her granddaughter Dorothy Michelle Kelly; and her sister Gloria Thompson. She is also survived by loving friends, nieces, nephews and inlaws.
Visitation was held on Thursday, November 21st 2024 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Radney Funeral Home (3155 Dauphin St, Mobile, AL 36606-4061). A funeral service was held on Thursday, November 21st 2024 at 3:00 PM at the same location. A reception was held on Thursday, November 21st 2024 at 4:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, November 22nd 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Pine Crest Cemetery (1939 Dauphin Island Pkwy, Mobile, AL 36605).
