We are sad to announce that on September 25, 2024, at the age of 98, Doris DeWalt (Mobile, Alabama), born in Brooksville, Florida passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, George Beiersdorfer and Elsie Beiersdorfer; her siblings, Joan Kuka and James Beiersdorfer; her son-in-law Donald Summey; her grandson Chad Jones; her great grandchild Joshua Summey; her brother-in-law Andy Kuka; and her nephew Vincent Kuka.
She is survived by: her children, Norman DeWalt (Kathy) and Marla Summey; her siblings, Robert Beiersdorfer and Juanita Montello; and her grandchildren, Heather Summey, Amberly Briggs (Ernest IV), Carmelitta Gauvin (Justin), Timothy Summey (Victoria), Donna Jones, Charles Summey (Nancy) and Julie Sweeney (Ron). She is also survived by several great grandchildren, nieces, nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to your local animal shelter in her name.
