He is survived by: his grandchildren, Jane Frances Houser Schulz (Janie) and Donald Smith Schulz; his siblings-in-law, Paul Sheldon and Teresa Smith; and also, Jane Houser Smith (Mickey), Lillian Smith Clementi, Vito, Virginia, Genevieve Norvelle Smith of Mobile, Frances Houser Smith Schulz and Norvelle Leigh Smith (Gus). He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
A memorial service was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the Ascension Funeral Home & Crematory (1016 Hillcrest Rd, Mobile, AL 36695). Visitation was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 from 4:30 PM to 6:00 PM at the same location.
