He was predeceased by: his parents, Don Houseknecht and Essie Houseknecht; and his daughter Khrista Houseknecht. He is survived by: his children, Anthony Houseknecht (Tiffini) and Kimberly Houseknecht (Maranda); his close friend Kelly Irish; his siblings, Paul Houseknecht (Chessie), Cyndi Cox (Scott) and Ronnie Houseknecht (Tarji); and his grandchildren, Gabbie, Abby, Evie, Braxton, Nixie and Karter. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, other family and friends.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, February 12th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Ascension Funeral Home & Crematory (1016 Hillcrest Rd, Mobile, AL 36695). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, February 12th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
