He was predeceased by: his wife Sondra Faye Kent; his parents, John Kent and Margaret Kent; and his brothers, John C. Kent, Jr., Robert "Larry" Kent and William "Billy" R. Kent.
He is survived by: his children, Dee McCarron Perciavalle (Craig) and Dustin Kent; his grandchildren, AJ McCarron (Katherine), Corey McCarron (Karli), CJ Perciavalle (Cameron), Connor Perciavalle and Jordan Kent; his great grandchildren, Tripp, Cash, Emory Faye and Cruz; his sister Madge Kent; his sisters-in-law, Gloria Kent and Carolyn Evans; and his extended family, Russell McCarron (Linda), Rusty McCarron (Rebekah), Josh McCarron (Hayley), Tony McCarron (Kristen), Luddy Perciavalle (Joanne) and Angel Curtis. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and dear friends.
