She was predeceased by: her husband Fred E. Culpepper; her mother Minnie Lee Robinson; and her siblings, O. C. Davis, George Tate, Joseph Lee Tate, Richard Robinson Jr., Permelia Meyer, Delores Davidson and Helen M. Robinson.
She is survived by: her daughter Angela Hicks (Reginald); her granddaughters, Shanavia D. Culpepper and KeiAngela Payne; and her great grandchild Keilani Payne.
