He was predeceased by: his father Don Sterzenback; his grandparents, Dutch Sterzenback and Pauline; his uncle Mark Sterzenback; and his cousins, J. J. Byerley and Jennifer.
He is survived by: his mother India Sterzenback (Jim); his close friend Laurie Lee Sterzenback; his sisters, Jaime Neilan (Brian) and Kelle Jackson (Joe); his grandparent Alben Byerley (Jean); and also, Dillan Branson (Amanda) and Beka Branson. He is also survived by uncles, aunts, cousins, nephews & nieces.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to American Heart Association or Alzheimer's Association in memory of Chasen Sterzenback.
