He was predeceased by: his wife Barbara Ann Flach. He is survived by: his children, Deborah Ann Flach and Charles Stephen Flach; his grandson Jared Flach; his granddaughter-in-law Kelsey Flach; and his great grandchild Liam Aaron Flach.
In lieu of flowers, it was Mr. Flach's wish that donations be made in his memory to Mobile Junior Academy at 1900 Cody Road, Mobile, AL 36695.
