He is survived by: his brothers, Gary, Burton, Terry, Tommy and Derrick Penn; the mothers of children, Annie L. Penn, Fatema and Cicely Penn; his grandchildren, Martin, Alexander Penn, Charmaine, Charles Penn III, Chelcy, Jaadaa, Artavia and Andrieanna Penn; and his great grandchildren, Roman Fox and Ezekiel Robertson.
