He is also survived by many other cousins and lifelong friends.

“Marissa and family, I am so sorry for the loss of Victor. I have seen Vic several times sprinkled through the years. I remember growing up in Tillman’s Corner with him. We played on the same baseball team with the same friends we have today. Victor was a good friend, and a good man.
