He was predeceased by: his parents, Voncille Kidd Winter and Milner Beeman Winter. He is survived by: his daughter Michele Winter Culp (Brent); his siblings, Jerome Winter (Ginger), Stan Winter (Tricia), Richard Winter (Darlene) and Nancy McGuire (Gary); and his friend Gloria Barnette. He is also survived by nieces, nephews.
