He is survived by: his wife Terri; his children, Lyndsey and Michael; his sisters, Michelle Jones (Stephen) of Tuscola, Shawn Leblanc (Terry) of Lake Charles, Louisiana. and Krista Shelton of Lake Charles, Louisiana.; his nieces, Marley McBurney of Houston, Jensen McBurney of Austin Texas and Catherine Collette of Lake Charles, Louisiana.; and his nephew Max Collette of Lake Charles. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
