He is survived by: his wife Sandra Parnell; his children, Courtney Nalker (Arthur) of Glennville and Michael Parnell; and his brothers, Jerry Parnell (Diane) of Mobile, AL and Ronald Parnell (Maria) of Mobile, AL. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
