He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Wesley and Bertha Gladys Andrews Jackson; his wife Ruby Claire Sanford Jackson; his brother Eugene Jackson; his grandson Danny Ray Burnette, II; and his sons-in-law, Joe Graham and Danny Burnette.
He is survived by: his children, Cynthia "Cindy" Graham, Claire Denise Burnette and Billy Ireland Jackson, Jr. (Rachel); his grandchildren, Lee Graham (Jami), Jay Graham (Caroline), April Denise Burnette (Heath), Michael Burnette (Mandy), Marcus Jackson and Mackenzie Jackson; his great grandchildren, Lee Graham, Emmie Graham, Will Graham, Allison Graham, Jack Graham, Joseph Graham, Mattie Claire Burnette, Anna Marie Fuller, Wyatt Fuller, Noah Burnette and Elijah Burnette; and his sisters-in-law, Frances Sanford and Genene Jackson.
