It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Betty J. Moore Grissett of Mobile, Alabama, who passed away on March 14, 2022, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Harold Grissett; her daughter Teresa Rylee; her parents, John Moore and Marietta Moore; her stepmother Mary Lou Moore; and her brother Ralph Moore.
She is survived by: her children, James Grissett (Kim), Barbara Shuford (Frankie) and Louise Bacon (Terry); her son-in-law James "Sonny" Rylee; and her sisters, Carolyn Nichols (Denver) and Lou Ann Cantrell. She is also survived by five grandchildren, six great-grandchildren.
