She was predeceased by: her husband Roy Edward Hartley; her parents, William Williams (Bill) and Mary Agnes Williams (Mae); her siblings, Betty Williams Lee, Naomi Williams Brady, John Wesley Williams, Sr. and James Clarke Williams (Dit); and her son-in-law Bobby L. Stewart.
She is survived by: her children, Terry Edward Hartley (Karen), Donna Hartley Stewart, Mary Hartley (Cindy), Robyn Hartley Bridges (Dennis) and Tammy Jean Hartley; her grandchildren, Amy Hartley Parker (Rob), William Harrison Hartley, Sarah Hassell Eddy (Ryan), Rebecca Hassell (Becca) and Allison Bridges Lyons (Jonathan); and her great grandchildren, Reid Harrison Parker, Anniston Kate Parker, Hudson Scott Eddy, Lyla Mae Eddy, Hatch Thomas Lyons, Edward Pierce Lyons (Ward) and Jackson Hartley Lyons.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, January 7th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Poor - Sacred Heart Residence Chapel (1655 McGill Ave, Mobile, AL 36604). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, January 7th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A Mass of Christian burial was held on Wednesday, January 8th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Chapel of the Sacred Heart Residence (1655 McGill Ave, Mobile, AL 36604).
In lieu of flowers, the family respectfully requests that donations be made to the Little Sisters of the Poor – Sacred Heart Residence in memory of Bobbie and in honor of her many friends she made there as a resident and a volunteer.
