She was predeceased by: her parents, Julius Chester and Bertie Mae Gavin Pippin; her husband Earl Ellis Garner; her granddaughter Danielle Renee Garner; and her brothers, Roy Wildon, Jack Willard, Julius Chester II and Gabriel C. Pippin.
She is survived by: her children, Julie Alene Garner of Fairhope, Alabama, Steven, Janice Garner of Fairhope, Jeffery and Angela Garner of Gulf Shores, Alabama.; and her grandchildren, Ellis Eugene, Crystal Garner, Claire, Caleb Garner and Lilly.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be make to St. John's Episcopal Church in Mobile.
