Moorer-Watters; her children, Marquitta Carmichael of Selma, AL, Kayla Carmichael and Ronda Payne; her siblings, Mary Smith, Norma Carmichael, Jacqueline Cooley, Sallie Campbell (Vincent), James Carmichael Jr., Latrell Carmichael and Gerald Carmichael; her stepsiblings, Margaret Fails (George), Lois Small (Tommy), Gloria Jean Watters-Sanders, Jacqueline Watters, Wanda Watters-Crum, Nelson Watters (Debra), Lee Essix Watters (Sherry) and Theopolis Watters; and her niece Jasmine Carmichael. She was also cherished by nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, uncles and friends.
