He was predeceased by: his parents, Hezekiah "Bud" O'Neal and Jessie McCleod O'Neal; and his sisters, Peggy Kenyon, Mae Young and Louise Belvin.
He is survived by: his wife Bobbie Jean Mosley O'Neal of Yarbo, AL; his daughters, Sonya O'Neal Jennings (Jeff) of Hattiesburg, MS and Regina O'Neal Hill (Joe) of Millry, AL; his siblings, Billy J. O'Neal of Myrick, MS, Roy O'Neal of Millry, AL, Randy O'Neal of Chatom, AL and Bonnie Riccetti of Vista, CA; and his grandchildren, Mallory Jennings Nobles (Clay), Claire Jennings, Riley Hill and Joseph Hill (Haley). He is also survived by four great-granddaughters.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in memory of Mr. O'Neal to Washington County Nursing Home.
