She was predeceased by: her former husband Lowery Curlee; her son Woodie Steven Knight (Sylvia); her parents, J. Sam Wood and Leanora Wood; her siblings, Claire Duncan, Joe Wood and Jim Wood; and her husbands, Woodie Knight and Morris Brown.
She is survived by: her daughters, Jeanne Thornton (Cecil Patrick) and Dianne Prager (Ken); her daughter-in-law Kathryn Knight; her grandchildren, Joe Thornton, Clint Thornton, David Thornton, Gina Hudson, Rachel Knight and Steven Knight; and her great grandchildren, Taylor Massengale, Karoline Johnson, Whitney Hollis, Grant Thornton, Brayden Thornton, Andrew Thornton, Carson Thornton, Lizzie Thornton, Avery Hudson, Alex Hudson, Baylinn Thornton and Layson Thornton. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family, and a host of treasured friends.
