Waite, Jr. of Thomasville, AL and Ronald Lee "Runt" Waite (Debra) of Dauphin Island, AL; his brothers, Robert Waite, Jim Henry Waite and Foy Waite; his siblings-in-law, Touchstone and Lola Newsome; his grandchildren, Joey Waite (Chana), Chason Waite, Kristen Thompson (Peanut), Erin Waite and Carly Waite; and his great grandchildren, Dalton Thompson, Nathan Powell, Ryan Powell and Daci Thompson.
