He was predeceased by: his parents, John C. King and Letha R. King; and his brother Johnny Mack King. He is survived by: his wife Dorothy L. King; his children, John Edward King (Michelle) and Angela Renee "Ann" McCain (Steve); and his siblings, Richard King of Silas, AL, Dora Lee Jones of Millry, AL and Jean Beasley of Millry, AL. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren; 6 great grandchildren.
